With one of the most technologically-advanced mechanical systems to be developed in the U.S. in the 1990s, this building is the first application of under-floor air in a corporate headquarters project in the U.S. Ten years after its completion this building received a LEED Existing Building Gold Rating from the USGBC.
Efficient and flexible mechanical systems allow the owner to make quick space planning changes without bringing in outside contractors. Custom high-efficiency rooftop variable air volume air conditioning systems, high-efficiency compressors and motors, variable speed drives on the air handling units, and an air-side economizer maximize energy efficiency.
The building’s program includes office space, specialty spaces, a cafeteria, conference rooms, multi-media room, a health clinic, and other support facilities.
