This 700-foot tall, mixed use project consists of two luxury condominium towers and an office building above a three-story, 45,000 square foot “island”, plus a 23-story loft and hotel below the island. The island serves as the main public gathering space with a contemporary art museum, University of Louisville Glass Art School, and hotel amenities.
A funicular provides pedestrian connection to the historic district on Main Street a block south of the project. The top of the parking garage that serves as a base for the towers is a landscaped plaza with fountains, elevating the ground plane above the Ohio River flood walls and connecting to other existing buildings along the river that have similar raised public spaces.
