This 600 ft. tall office tower in the heart of the San Francisco Financial District was Kendall/Heaton Associates’ first major high-rise commission.
The façade of the cylindrical tower is serrated with alternating vertical bands of glass and granite creating a play of light and reflection that varies with the time of day and the observer’s vantage point. The building core is coordinated with the building perimeter to provide consistent and efficient leasing depths.
The building base includes a seven story, glass enclosed lobby that opens to a generously proportioned, granite-paved plaza with a fountain and landscaping. The project has been certified LEED EB Platinum by the USGBC.
