Since joining Kendall/Heaton Associates, Inc. in 1980, John O’Connell has managed a variety of project types, including corporate headquarter campuses; university office, classroom, library and research center facilities; a performing arts center; urban retail centers; and numerous high-rise office buildings. He is respected for his management of complex projects, while fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and a focus on the client’s goals.
Recent projects include Amegy Bank Headquarters and the ConocoPhillips Woodcreek Master Plan Project in the Houston Energy Corridor.
John is a registered architect in the state of Texas and holds a NCARB certificate. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society for Architects.
