Since joining the firm in 2007, Brandon Beal has worked on a variety of client-driven, built-to-suit projects in Texas, New York and on the West Coast. Combining a passion for precision and keen attention to detail, Brandon has established himself as a team leader committed to executing buildings to the highest standard. Brandon appreciates the collaborative nature of the work of Kendall/Heaton Associates and enjoys solving new challenges while working alongside the Design and Construction Teams.
Brandon’s projects include Cornell University – Milstein Hall in Ithaca, New York; Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, California; Texas Tower in Houston, Texas; A Tech Campus in the California Bay-Area; and more recently the HōM District project in Bellevue, Washington.
Brandon is a registered architect in the State of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Architects and Texas Society of Architects.
