description
Originally known as One Detroit Center, this office tower is now named Comerica Tower at Detroit Center, after its major tenant. The tower is designed to form a stylistic link to the past, incorporating Flemish-inspired gables and neo-gothic influences blended in a postmodern architectural design. The square tower is clad in a granite and glass façade that rises to tall and stately crenellated gables, oriented north-south and east-west. The result is a fully modern office tower that stands gracefully in the Detroit skyline with a timeless presence.
