This skyline-defining tower will engage the street level with a two-story ground floor restaurant space, as well as offer a 16th floor amenity floor directly adjacent to a double height exterior terrace. The 32 story office building in downtown Austin will build upon the growing densification and urban vibrancy of the Texas capital, rising above street level with floor to ceiling windows and views to the near-by Colorado River and Lady Bird Lake.

The project will seek Austin Energy Green Building Certification.
