Mission Bay, once an industrial district on the east side of San Francisco, underwent development initially fueled by the University of California San Francisco, and culminates in the construction of the Chase Center Sports and Entertainment Complex campus. The Chase Center transforms the district into a vibrant urban center, offering entertainment and amenities previously unavailable within the San Francisco city limits.
Home to the NBA’s Golden State Warriors, the arena anchors the mixed use development including sports, entertainments, retail, and office. The complex includes an 18,064 seat NBA arena with a small theatre configuration, a 586,000 GSF Office, 125,000 GSF Retail and 920 car below grade parking facility.
The project is certified LEED Gold by the USGBC.
