The jewel-like design of this urban headquarters project helps the building stand out among its taller neighbors. The ends of the broad curve of the Travis Street glass façade terminate in tightly curved bent glass corners creating a dynamic and compelling form.
The main building entry opens onto a landscaped urban plaza and auto court that hold the building façade back from the street. This foreground helps to give the tower a strong presence at the ground plane. On the other side of the block, the Main Street entrance and new retail spaces open onto the Metro light rail and the broad walkways flanking the rail, enhancing the pedestrian experience.
